NADA Acupuncture in Berlin
NADA acupuncture (National Acupuncture Detoxification Association Protocol) is a standardized form of ear acupuncture. It was developed in the 1970s at Lincoln Hospital in New York and was originally used to support people with addiction disorders and withdrawal symptoms. Today it is used worldwide as a complementary approach for stress, anxiety, trauma, psychological strain, and chronic pain. It does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatments but serves as a supportive measure.

Courses of a NADA treatment
A treatment follows a fixed, standardized process:
-
The patient sits comfortably in a chair.

Up to five sterile single-use needles are inserted into each ear at the defined points.

The patient then sits or lies quietly and relaxed for about 30 minutes.

Once the time has elapsed, the needles are removed.
